Justin Bieber Uses ProActiv

Despite performing around the world, having millions of fans, having a record deal, being hosted on talk shows, being his own brand, and having VMA awards, Justin Bieber is your typical teenager. He deals with the normal ups and downs of being a teen, one of the downs including acne. The singer recently reached out to ProActiv to join Jessica Simpson, Katy Perry, Diddy, and others and be the newest face of the popular acne treatment line. He wants to show his fans that even he has to deal with troublesome zits and in a one minute clip he explains that he understands that it doesn't matter how many people you have looking at you, nobody wants to be seen with a face full of acne. Everyone wants clear skin.

Bieber Spotted with Canadian Hooters Girls

Justin Bieber Went To Hooters

Justin Bieber at Hooters
Justin Bieber made an impromptu appearance at a Canadian Hooters Saturday because he’s a raging pile of hormones combined with a millionaire and probably gets a call whenever he leaves his phone number next to the $50 tip for just one hamburger. (Should I have left shoes? What am I doing wrong?!) CTV News reports:
“Within 30 to 45 seconds from him walking in the door we had anywhere from 150 to 200 people standing out front,” explained assistant manager Les Johansen, who said he offered to let Bieber take pictures with the Hooter girls.
“He’s like, ‘That’s what I’m here for.”‘
“That’s what I’m here for.” *Googles sniper rifles* While I, uh, shop for Christmas presents, check out this hilarious snippet from the article in case any of you don’t believe Hooters is Stripper Boot Camp:
Servers at the Hooters were a bit starstruck.
“I quickly ran upstairs and grabbed the camera and then came back down,” said Richelle, a server who didn’t give her last name.
In more important news, after Justin Bieber left, this CTV reporter was informed by Richelle that she was “kind of bored” until I showed up.
I proceeded to order two 32 oz. beers until I had the courage to ask her if she likes working here. She giggled and ate one of my French fries.
Later, I waited for her in the parking lot until a cook came out and threatened me with a cleaver.
I think we’re gonna get married.
Full Disclosure: Some of that might not have happened. — Or did it?

How Bieber Fever First Got Hot

Born on March 1st, 1994 this young starlet has become an instant sensation since he was first discovered in 2007. Justin Bieber starting singing at age 12 and didn't seem to take his talent too seriously. At the time, he wasn't looking to become a huge star. So just for fun he entered himself into a local singing competition called "Stratford Idol." He had only ever sang around the house and he was up against other kids who had many years of professional vocal training, but to his surprise he ended up placing second.

After the competition Justin posted his performance videos on YouTube so that his friends and family could watch them if they couldn't make it to the show. When his immediate social circle started giving him positive feed back, Justin decided to do more for them. He started recording himself singing his own versions of Usher, Ne-yo, and Stevie Wonder songs. Bieber expected other people would watch the videos since they were in public domain, but what he didn't expect was that after just 7 months of being online he would have gathered up over 10 million views! Eventually, the word of mouth about Justin's videos spread all the way down to Atlanta, GA where he caught the attention of former So So Def marketing executive, Scooter Braun.

Braun was able to get in contact with Justin and his family and flew him down to Atlanta to meet with him and his colleagues. Not only did Justin's natural voice impress them but so did Justin's instrumental talents. Bieber had taught himself to play a number of different instruments including the drums, guitar, piano, and the trumpet.

At the end of the visit Braun to Justin to the studio to meet with Usher who had been watching Bieber on YouTube and knew he was in the presence of the next big super star. After the meeting Justin flew back home to Canada but not before he arranged plans with Usher to come back down a week later to create studio demos.

The next week Usher and his colleagues liked what they heard when Justin was behind the mic. They wanted to sign him right away but Bieber wanted to wait until he met with Justin Timberlake, who was also offering him a record deal.

In the end Justin signed with Usher due to the fact that he was offering a better deal and had more industry connections in Atlanta. Thus, in October of 2008 Justin Bieber officially had a contract with Island Records, and five months later his debut album entitled, "My World" hit the music stands.

"My World" was released March 23rd, 2010 and included production work from The Dream and Tricky Stewart, who are credited to Rihanna's "Umbrella" and Beyonce's "Single Ladies."

Justin's first single, "One Time,"  was a hit and talked about puppy love (one of Justin's favorite topics.) The album also includes "First Dance" featuring Usher and "Down to Earth" produced by Midi-Mafia.

Many of Justin's songs are love songs, but the biggest message he wants to send his fans is about maturing with each experience you have in life and using those experiences to help you follow your dreams. “My message is you can do anything if you just put your mind to it. I grew up below the poverty line; I didn’t have as much as other people did.  I think it made me stronger as a person it built my character.  Now I have a 4.0 grade point average and I want to go to college and just become a better person.”  (http://www.justinbiebermusic.com/bio.aspx)  He encourages his fans to always keep striving for their goals no matter what road blocks they may hit.
